Nectar Alley Mural

This mural is located in one of downtown Lethbridge’s Historic alleyways and focuses specifically on a fine feathered friend that spends all year in Lethbridge! The bird is a Northern Flicker, a hole-dwelling bird known for its adaptability to any space it finds itself in, just like the many businesses downtown. This mural focuses on the scarcity of shelter and the difficulties of being without shelter. Just like the Northern Flicker, we must see what this space might be but what it can provide for its inhabitants.
